The Mag6020 is a flow sensor to measure extremely low water flows down to 2 l/hr (33 ml/min). This is especially useful for trials sites and small numbers of outside livestock units. Can be used with any Select doser.

Key Features

  • This is a Magflo sensor - there is no turbine. It works using a magnetic field across the flow of water.
  • From 2 l/hr up to 2,100 l/hr makes this a very capable flow sensor.
  • This sensor is especially tolerant of particulate matter in the water flow as there is no turbine to damage.
  • An arrow on the side of the sensor indicates the direction of flow.
  • It is normally preferable to place the flow sensor upstream of the point of injection of product.

  • From 2 l/hr up to 2,100 l/hr
  • Hardly any pressure drop across the sensor as there is no turbine.
  • WARNING - Do not allow this flow sensor to run dry. Inadvertent dosing may occur which could be hazardous.
