The Bund system is designed to secure potentially aggressive products and provide a convenient mounting surface for Tx, Select dosers and the LevelAlert.

Key Features

Safety - Drums of product are held in a secure container that can hold a greater volume than the drum itself. Any links are contained within the bund. Spillage (whether from the drum or the dosing equipment) is detected by sensors and alerted by SMS via Tx.
Accidental spillage when the drum is knocked is eliminated, especially when the bund is pinned to a wall.
Low product level in the drum is detected and alerted by SMS via Tx. Running out of product can lead to poor performance results.

Q. Can I fit my own Select dosers to the bund?

You can, although it will be better to have LevelAlert and Tx factory fitted.

Q. Will the bund hold drums of any dimension?

The first version of the Bund has been designed to hold a drum with plan dimensions of 250 x 290mm. Drums with a smaller dimension than the 250mm can be wedged into a snug position using plastic padding.

The design has been based on drums with an overall height of 449mm.

The contained volume of the Bund is 34 litres.

Q. Can I use the bund without Tx?

Yes, no problem. You could use the Bund without Tx of LevelAlert although you would be missing out on the many benefits that the full Bund system offers.
